I highly recommend this hospital for its quick, quality, and timely care. They are always available, even on weekends, and provide excellent service for both adults and kids. Dr. Amar and Dr. Subbarao stand out for their exceptional attention. Recently, When I took my friend to Quick MD care due to dizziness, their response was remarkable. The hospital swiftly attended to his concerns, ensuring a thorough examination and addressing potential issues. The efficiency and immediate attention given, showcased their commitment to providing comprehensive care. It further solidified my confidence in their ability to handle such situations promptly and effectively offered emergency room like attention. "Quick" truly suits them, and they deserve the name for their outstanding care.

I started visiting Quick MD from 2021 for regular annual visits and my first visit was when I had a tummy disturbance. I thought it will be very simple treatment and took appointment with Dr. Amar. When I visited Dr. Amar asked various questions, she immediately recommended to go for CT and colonoscopy as precaution to avoid any unwanted shocks. I was thinking is it needed for simple tummy disturbance? As my age is not eligible for a colonoscopy, she first wanted me to go for CT and sent a referral to GI doctor and asked me to take appointment with her. CT results came in as more analysis needed and better to do colonoscopy. Dr. Amar emailed GI Doctor to take me as urgent care and helped getting appointment earlier as appointments were there only after 3 months. After colonoscopy, I was diagnosed with cancer. I really appreciate how Dr. Amar treated me and identified the problem and worked with me along the way to fight this like a soldier. And Many Many Many Thanks to Doctor Subbu for his counseling during stressful times. He was always spreading positivity and giving hope and helped us choosing between various oncologist and surgeons and radio therapy with his vast contacts of network of doctors. Thanks a lot to Dr Subbu and Dr Amar for being my pillars during the last 2 years and their help was a significant factor for me to become cancer free within 18 months. Thanks to Quick MD care for excellent care.

My initial visits were satisfactory, but later, my experience worsened, leading to complete disappointment with this facility. Here are some key areas of concern: Treatment: I consulted the doctor regarding a cyst in my leg, and they assured me they could remove it. Unfortunately, the procedure was performed incorrectly, and even after approximately five months, its not fully cured. Appointments: Booking appointments with a specific doctor doesn't guarantee that you'll see that doctor. On three occasions, I was informed upon arrival & after entered into the doctor's room, that the scheduled doctor was unavailable, forcing me to see another doctor without prior notice. When I raised this concern, the response was dismissive, with an explanation about their unpredictable schedules and long hours, which I found unacceptable. I suggested they inform patients in advance if the scheduled doctor is unavailable. Additionally, the doctor seemed disinterested in addressing concerns, rushing through appointments without providing enough opportunity for patients to express themselves. Despite waiting for extended periods during visits, our concerns were not adequately addressed. Even when I brought this to the attention of the front desk, their response was unsatisfactory, suggesting that patients should call ahead to check the doctor's availability even for the confirmed appointments. Also, The hospital booked future appointments without consent via emails, requiring patients to contact them to cancel. Billing: During a recent visit, I was unexpectedly asked to pay an extra amount, claiming an unpaid balance from a previous visit. I disputed this, as I diligently checked my insurance company's Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) and found no pending balances. Despite this, I paid the demanded amount to avoid an argument. After contacting my insurance, I confirmed that the provider should not have charged me extra. Upon informing the hospital, they acknowledged the error, apologized, and promptly refunded the overcharged amount. Office/Front Desk Staff: The office/front desk staff are another source of concern. Their communication with patients lacks professionalism, and they often appear confused. In conclusion, I do not recommend this facility. Patients may want to consider alternatives to safeguard both their money and time.

Whenever we want to visit as a family for vaccination, or a single person for some urgent needs or some critical shocking scenario we are hit with, Quick MD Care was always there for us. Dr Amar and the other pediatrician patiently listen to the scenario and come up with dealing with issue in simplest possible way. No unnecessary medicines prescribed and they always provided a well rounded cure. And the front desk always has plenty of folks to help visitors and serve needs immediately. We visit QuickMD Care for all our health concerns. Never had a bad experience. Recently I went there for my father’s medical test as part of his Green Card process requirement. It was a seamless experience from booking an appointment to getting the reports in hand. The staff were very friendly and the doctors spent good time to understand patient history and suggest the required vaccinations to take. They were very meticulous in filling out the forms and making sure everything is up to date with no mistakes. Thank you for a good experience! I Strongly recommend QuickMD Care for health checks and other medical services.

I've visited QuickMDCare several times, and each visit has been consistently positive. The staff is friendly, efficient, and shows genuine concern for patients. The facility is clean and well-maintained. Dr. Amar and Dr. Subba are knowledgeable, thorough, and take the time to address any questions or concerns. Overall, it's a reliable and comfortable clinic that prioritizes patient care.

Even after a week of consuming the meds the doctor prescribed cough persisted. Called the center 3 times to check the next steps if a visit is needed or a refill. All the three times they asked same exact questions and assured they will return the call but never did that. Will never visit there again as the treatment is totally ineffective. I doubt how so many 5 star ratings are there.
